This marathon is named “Steve Fuller Marathon” to honor our special star guest, Mr. Steve Fuller of USA.
Steve Fuller have run +282 marathons since 1978 and writes: “I have run marathons in 44 different years. I was the 1st US runner to run a marathon in all 50 US states, finishing in 1986. I also finished all the continents. I have run marathons in +40 countries. My best time for a marathon was 3:06. (I believe In in the same race, Twin Cities in Minnesota in 1988, Danish legend Henrik Jorgensen ran a 2:11) I just retired from being a judge for 30 years, & I continue practicing law in the criminal field. I have visited all 196 countries in the world & served as President of the world’s largest travel club, the Travelers Century Club.”
It is a great honor to welcome Steve Fuller to the Edora Rudersdal Marathon and we hope to see many both danish and international running friends to the event.
